  1. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:
  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

  1. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:
  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

  1. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!
  2. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.
  3. Are your dinnerware products durable and safe? Yes! Our products are made from high-quality ceramic, stoneware, and glass that are microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, and lead-free. They are designed for everyday use while maintaining their beauty over time.
  4. How do I care for my dinnerware?
  • Dishwasher safe (top rack recommended for longevity).
  • Microwave safe.
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., from freezer to oven).
  • Hand washing is recommended for gold-trimmed or delicate pieces. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
